扈洁,女,1992年11月出生,宁夏彭阳人,中共党员,工学博士,讲师。主要从事量子雷达信号处理、目标的量子散射特性、量子传感等方面研究。近五年,在Optics Express、Quantum Information Processing等领域权威期刊以第一作者身份发表SCI论文4篇;参与发表SCI论文3篇,授权发明专利1项。作为项目成员参与军科委项目1项。
